RETURNS

Returns are allowed for a period of 7 days on unopened and unsealed products. Shipping fee is buyers responsibility and a 10% restocking fee will be charged for any item returned this way. Refund amount will also be adjusted to reflect any significant drop in market price since the purchase date to avoid return of items for the sole reason of market value drop. We want to offer opportunity to return the items for valid reason but not to play the market, obviously.

Defective products, wrong item or any problem related to quality issue (product as been tampered with, in cases of singles if the condition is not the one you ordered, etc.) will not incur restocking fees. Please contact us with pictures and information to start the return process.
